Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Welwyn Garden City F.C Pitch-side Advertising & Sponsorship website operated by us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Sponsorship Packages

All sponsorship packages are subject to availability and are offered on a seasonal basis. We reserve the right to amend package details, pricing, and availability at any time. Full details of each package will be confirmed in writing prior to purchase.

3. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to withhold or remove advertising materials if payment is not received.

4. Artwork & Signage

Sponsors are responsible for supplying print-ready artwork in the required format (vector PDF) within the timeframe specified. We accept no liability for delays caused by late or non-compliant artwork submissions. Board reprinting fees may apply every two seasons.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

This is a family-friendly platform associated with a community football club. We operate a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding unlawful or inappropriate conduct.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend any sponsorship agreement, remove advertising materials, and refuse future business with any individual, company, or associated person found to be:

• Engaged in, charged with, or convicted of any criminal activity;
• Associated with organisations or individuals involved in criminal conduct;
• Acting in a manner that is harmful, offensive, or contrary to the values of a family-friendly sporting environment;
• In breach of any applicable law or regulation.

No refund will be issued in the event of termination under this clause. We reserve the right to make this determination at our sole discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or website.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
