Digital and service-based delivery
Sport Marketing Solutions Ltd provides pitch-side advertising sponsorship packages. No physical goods are shipped to the Sponsor.
Upon purchase, your order will be processed as follows:
- Your submitted artwork will be forwarded to our appointed signage company for board production
- Your advertising board will be produced and installed at the Herns Lane site, Welwyn Garden City
- You will receive photographic confirmation of your board placement once installed
Timescales
Board production and installation will be completed in time for the first home game of the relevant Welwyn Garden City F.C. football season. We will confirm the expected installation date with you once it is announced by the club.
Season tickets
Where a season ticket is included in your sponsorship package, this will be arranged in collaboration with Welwyn Garden City F.C. and details will be communicated to you directly via email following your purchase.
