1. Order process

As part of our checkout process, you are required to upload your logo/artwork file prior to completing payment. By proceeding to payment, you acknowledge that your artwork has been submitted and accepted for production.

2. Cancellations and refunds

Because artwork is submitted as part of the purchase process, cancellation requests can only be considered within 24 hours of payment, provided production has not yet commenced with our signage company. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at maria@wgcfc.co.uk with your order number.

After 24 hours, or once production has commenced (whichever is sooner), no refund will be issued as costs will have been incurred with our production partners.

3. Advertising boards

Advertising boards remain the physical property of The Padel House Club Limited at all times. Your sponsorship package grants you the right to display your artwork on a designated board for the duration of the specified season only. No ownership of any physical asset is transferred to you as the Sponsor.

4. Failure to deliver

In the event that your advertising board cannot be placed at the Herns Lane site, Sport Marketing Solutions Ltd will be in breach of contract. In these circumstances, you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, issued within 10 business days. We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable if we become aware of any issue affecting board placement.

5. Season Cancellation

This clause applies only in the event that the Welwyn Garden City F.C. football season is cancelled or permanently abandoned in its entirety due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including but not limited to league suspension or venue permanent closure.

Individual match postponements or cancellations due to weather conditions (including but not limited to extreme heat, frost, or thunderstorms) do not constitute a season cancellation and do not give rise to any right of refund or credit. Your advertising board will remain displayed at the Herns Lane site for the full duration of the season regardless of individual match outcomes.

In the event of full season cancellation, we will offer the Sponsor either a pro-rata credit toward the following season or a pro-rata cash refund of the amount paid, at the Sponsor's election. We will contact all affected Sponsors as soon as reasonably practicable to confirm the available options.

6. How to request a refund

To request a cancellation or refund, contact us at maria@wgcfc.co.uk with your order number and reason for cancellation. We will respond within 3 business days.
