We collect the following personal and business data when you purchase a sponsorship package:

  • Full name
  • Business/company name
  • Email address
  • Contact telephone number (if provided)
  • Billing/business address
  • Purchase history
  • Logo and artwork files uploaded as part of your order

Why we collect it

  • To fulfil your sponsorship agreement (contract performance)
  • To process payments and issue invoices
  • To communicate regarding your order, artwork submission, and renewals (legitimate interests)
  • To send you information about future sponsorship seasons and renewal opportunities (legitimate interests — you may opt out at any time)

Who we share it with

  • The Padel House Club Limited — for board production and placement at the Herns Lane site
  • Our appointed signage company — for the sole purpose of printing your artwork onto your advertising board
  • Welwyn Garden City F.C. — for season ticket fulfilment where included in your package
  • Shopify Inc. — our e-commerce platform and data processor
  • Our payment processor (Shopify Payments/Stripe)

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

How long we keep it

  • Transaction and financial records: 6 years (HMRC requirement)
  • Logo and artwork files: duration of your sponsorship season, deleted unless renewed
  • Contact information: until you request deletion or 2 years after last contact
