Our sponsorship packages are sold exclusively to businesses, sole traders, and other commercial entities. By purchasing, you confirm that you are acting in the course of a business and not as a consumer. Consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, does not apply to these transactions.

Your statutory rights as a business customer are governed by the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982, and the Misrepresentation Act 1967. Our liability to you is limited as set out in our Terms of Service.

Pitch-side advertising services are delivered in collaboration with Welwyn Garden City F.C. and The Padel House Club Limited at the Herns Lane site, Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire.
